Workout Wednesday – Kits Beach to Jericho Beach

April 10 @ 18:30 - 20:00

Track is in use again this week, so we are running from Kits Beach Parking lot.

Warmup starts at 6:30pm SHARP with an easy ~3k jog to Jericho Beach. Drills/strides @ 6:45pm and intervals at 7:00pm.

We will be doing intervals totaling 6-10k of hard running, with rest in between.


All are welcome regardless of experience or ability. We have runners of all ages and abilities training for races at every distance.

First session free. $7.5 drop-in, thereafter. Buy a drop-in punch card through our Mindbody site here.
