Track is in use again this week, so we are working out at Vanier Park.
Warmup starts at 6:30pm SHARP with an easy ~3k jog to Jericho Beach. Drills/strides @ 6:45pm and intervals at 7:00pm.
We will be doing intervals totaling 6-10k of hard running, with rest in between.
All are welcome regardless of experience or ability. We have runners of all ages and abilities training for races at every distance.
