Time for some final prep for  BMO Vancouver race weekend

Meet at Luke’s Place (aka Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts, aka Bistro 101). There is underground parking in the lot below 1515 W 2nd Ave. Please park on the 1st underground floor, not in the first row of spots #1-9. Thank you!

Warmup at 8:15am. We will warmup to the Aquatic Ctr and start some tempo work from there. The volume for this workout will be between 13-19km.

Stick around afterwards for some yummy baked goods and coffees.


All abilities and experience levels welcome. Everyone finds their own ‘fast’!
