**Effective March 1, anyone who would like to attend M2M group workouts is required to be a member of BC Athletics. This membership is required in addition to a drop-in pass and will be good for the remainder of the 2018 Calendar year. To sign up please click HERE.**

Group workout’s cost $7.50 per session, for non-personal coaching clients. You can purchase a 5 or 10 pass HERE.

Marathon season is BACK, BABY!

Meet at the Ranger Station Parking lot at Pacific Spirit Park.

8:15AM – Announcements & Instructions

~8:25AM – Run Starts

This will be great prep for all spring marathoners, especially those doing Victoria, Kelowna, and Chicago.

In true M2M style we will mix some ‘work’ into this long run to ready the legs and the mind for battle!

We will be running Loops around the UBC/Pacific Spirit park area. There will be one aid station setup on the loop with drinks/gels provided. Feel free to bring your own drinks/gels to set out at the aid station.

All are welcome regardless of experience or ability.
