Join us at Point Grey Secondary School track for a classic taper workout ahead of the First Half 1/2 Marathon!
Warmup starts at 6:30pm with an easy ~2k jog. Drills/strides @ 6:45pm and intervals at 7:00pm.
All are welcome regardless of experience or ability. We have runners of all ages and abilities training for races at every distance.
