Join us at the Ranger Station for one last hit of threshold running before next weekend’s big races.
Warmup commences at 8:15am with an easy 3-4k jog.
Then we have two workout options;
- Long tempo intervals on the road (10-12k total)
- Shorter speed intervals on the road (6-8k total)
All are welcome regardless of experience or ability.
Professional coaches and a great bunch of runners will be on hand to help you through the workout.
