**Effective March 1, anyone who would like to attend M2M group workouts is required to be a member of BC Athletics. This membership is required in addition to a drop-in pass and will be good for the remainder of the 2018 Calendar year. To sign up please click HERE.**

Group workout’s cost $7.50 per session, for non-personal coaching clients. You can purchase a 5 or 10 pass HERE.

The final countdown – Lil’ Aus loop

Join us at the Ranger Station for one last hit of threshold running before next weekend’s big races.

Warmup commences at 8:15am with an easy 3-4k jog.

Then we have two workout options;

  1. Long tempo intervals on the road (10-12k total)
  2. Shorter speed intervals on the road (6-8k total)

All are welcome regardless of experience or ability.

Professional coaches and a great bunch of runners will be on hand to help you through the workout.

First session free. $5 drop-in, thereafter. Buy a drop-in punch card in our online shop.
