We will take a break from the track on Tuesday evenings for the next few months and instead hit the track on Saturday mornings. Likely locations for these Tuesday evening workouts are Vanier Park, Jericho Beach Park, Stanley Park, Queen Elizabeth Park, Chinacreek Park, Quilchena Park, some sort of PARK 😉
6:30pm – Vanier Park.
6:35pm: 3k Group Warmup
7:00pm: Fartlek workout around Vanier Park
All are welcome regardless of experience or ability.
