Our Group Workouts in Vancouver are open to runners of all ages and abilities. The workouts are typically focused towards training for a key event on the Vancouver road racing Calendar.

**Effective March 1, anyone who would like to attend M2M group workouts is required to be a member of BC Athletics. This membership is required in addition to a drop-in pass and will be good for the remainder of the 2018 Calendar year. To sign up please click HERE.**

Friday Morning Tempo

March 2 @ 06:30 - 07:30

No work this weekend, so we are supplementing the schedule with this tempo workout.

Meet at 6:30AM having already completed a 10-15min easy warmup jog.

We will head out on the seawall for some long tempo intervals. We will wrap up by 7:30 and let you carry on with your day!

There are washrooms and small coin lockers in the foyer of the aquatic ctr open to the public. There are large lockers and showers/change facilities in the aquatic ctr (you must pay an admission fee to use).

All are welcome regardless of experience or ability.
