**Effective March 1, anyone who would like to attend M2M group workouts is required to be a member of BC Athletics. This membership is required in addition to a drop-in pass and will be good for the remainder of the 2018 Calendar year. To sign up please click HERE.**

Group workout’s cost $7.50 per session, for non-personal coaching clients. You can purchase a 5 or 10 pass HERE.

Track Time at Point Grey

It’s summer time, let’s get the legs moving fast with some intervals on the track!

The run down:

8:15am group warm up (3km)
8:30am drills and strides and workout explained
8:45am workout (intervals on the track)
9:45am that’s a wrap!


All are welcome regardless of experience or ability.

First session free. $7.50 drop-in, thereafter for non-personal coaching clients. Buy a drop-in punch card in our online shop.
