This week something special, we leave from Musette Caffe and follow the workout with a great info session on Marathon Training.
Leaving from Musette @ 6:30pm SHARP.
Warmup to 2nd Beach Concession.
Workout will be tempo intervals on the beautiful Stanley Park trails (Lees, Lovers, Rawlings, etc).
With warmup, workout, cooldown the total running will be approximately 10-15k, with several ‘bail out’ options during the workout.
There is pay (and some free) parking near Musette. You’ll be able to store gear in the caffe.
If you want to meet us on route we reconvene at the 2nd Beach Concession @ ~6:45-50pm.
All are welcome regardless of experience or ability.
