Warmup starts at 6:30pm SHARP with an easy ~3k jog to Jericho Beach. Drills/strides @ 6:45pm and intervals at 7:00pm.
We’ll be mixing things up this week with a fun relay format workout!
All are welcome regardless of experience or ability. We have runners of all ages and abilities training for races at every distance.
