This week we mix it up a bit with a trip to Jericho beach Park
Leaving from Kitsilano beach Parking Lot @ 6:30pm. (near to the mobi bike stations at the far west edge of the parking lot)
Warmup to Jericho Beach Park
Workout will be tempo run or fartlek on the beautiful Jericho Beach trails.
With warmup, workout, cooldown the total running will be approximately 12-15k, with several ‘bail out’ options during the workout.
There is pay parking at Kits Beach – and some free parking on neighbourhood streets. You’ll be able to store gear in a car. Washrooms at the Kits beach concession.
If you want to meet us on route we reconvene at the Jericho Beach concession @ ~6:50pm.
All are welcome regardless of experience or ability.
