SATURDAY ROAD WORKOUT

Meet at the Ranger Station Parking Lot of Pacific Spirit Park. Parking is free. Arrive early!

Run starts at 8:15am.

Workout this week is specific to Scotia Bank Half marathoners, but can accomodate shorter distance focus (tempo and shorter intervals)


All abilities and experience levels welcome. Everyone finds their own ‘fast’!
