6:35pm warmup run to Immaculata H.S. track
6:50pm drills and strides
7:00pm intervals on the track
7:30pm cooldown back to The Movement Co.
We know for many in the Ottawa area you are very close to your goal races at on May 25 & 26 at Ottawa Race weekend. The workout we be light and you’ll have the option to do your own thing if you feel like it.
Gear will be securely stored at The Movement Co. during the workout.
