**Effective March 1, anyone who would like to attend M2M group workouts is required to be a member of BC Athletics. This membership is required in addition to a drop-in pass and will be good for the remainder of the 2018 Calendar year. To sign up please click HERE.**

Group workout’s cost $7.50 per session, for non-personal coaching clients. You can purchase a 5 or 10 pass HERE.

Tuesday – Head to the Hills!

June 26 @ 18:30 - 20:00

We are mixing it up for the next few weeks. Time for some hills. So much bang for your buck!

Leaving from Sunset Beach Parking Lot @ 6:30pm

Warmup to 2nd Beach Concession, then to Bridle Path (~3.5km).

Workout will be Hill sprints of various length 30-60 seconds.

With warmup, workout, cooldown the total running will be approximately 12k.

There is pay parking at Sunset Beach. You’ll be able to store gear in a car. Alternatively there are coin lockers at the Vancouver Aquatic Ctr just a few hundred metres away. Washrooms at the Sunset Beach concession or VAC.

If you want to meet us on route we reconvene at the 2nd Beach Concession @ ~6:50pm.


All are welcome regardless of experience or ability.

First session free. $7.50 drop-in, thereafter for non-personal coaching clients. Buy a drop-in punch card in our online shop.
