Our Group Workouts in Vancouver are open to runners of all ages and abilities. The workouts are typically focused towards training for a key event on the Vancouver road racing Calendar.

**Effective March 1, anyone who would like to attend M2M group workouts is required to be a member of BC Athletics. This membership is required in addition to a drop-in pass and will be good for the remainder of the 2018 Calendar year. To sign up please click HERE.**

Time to get ready for marathon season.

Meet at the Pacific Spirit Park Ranger Station (north side of 16th between Blanca and Wesbrook Mall)

8:15AM – Announcements & Instructions

8:30AM – Run Starts

This will be a long run with Marathon pace segments in it. Great prep for all spring marathoners, especially those doing Boston, Eugene and BMO Vancouver.

The route is a 5k loop. Mix and match to get the distance you need.

There will be one aid station setup on the loop with gels courtesy of HUMA and H20 provided. Feel free to bring your own drinks/gels to set out at the aid station.

All are welcome regardless of experience or ability.

$7.50 drop-in. Buy a drop-in punch card in our online shop.
