Our Group Workouts in Vancouver are open to runners of all ages and abilities. The workouts are typically focused towards training for a key event on the Vancouver road racing Calendar.

**Effective March 1, anyone who would like to attend M2M group workouts is required to be a member of BC Athletics. This membership is required in addition to a drop-in pass and will be good for the remainder of the 2018 Calendar year. To sign up please click HERE.**

MARATHON SPECIFIC LONG RUN

Marathon season is HERE!

Meet at the Ranger Station Parking lot at Pacific Spirit Park.

8:15AM – Announcements & Instructions

~8:25AM – Run Starts

This will be great prep for all spring marathoners, especially those doing Boston, Eugene and BMO Vancouver. In true M2M style we will mix some ‘work’ into this long run to ready the legs and the mind for battle!

We will be running Loops around the UBC/Pacific Spirit park area. There will be one aid station setup on the loop with drinks/gels provided. Feel free to bring your own drinks/gels to set out at the aid station.

All are welcome regardless of experience or ability.

$7.50 drop-in. Buy a drop-in punch card in our online shop.
