M2M Saturday Sesh

Meet at Vancouver Running Company. From there we will jog over the Burrard Bridge and hit up a longer tempo style workout on the First Half 1/2 marathon course. More details on the workout HERE.

All are welcome regardless of experience or ability.

There is street parking in the neighbourhood, some 2hr free, some pay (starting at 9am). You’ll be able to leave your gear at Van Run Co. during the workout.

Your first workout with M2M is free. Thereafter it’s a $5 drop-in. Buy a drop-in pass HERE. Or check out our personal coaching plans (workouts are free if you’re on a plan).
