Our Group Workouts in Vancouver are open to runners of all ages and abilities. The workouts are typically focused towards training for a key event on the Vancouver road racing Calendar.

**Effective March 1, anyone who would like to attend M2M group workouts is required to be a member of BC Athletics. This membership is required in addition to a drop-in pass and will be good for the remainder of the 2018 Calendar year. To sign up please click HERE.**

Meet at Vancouver Running Company.

 

Meet at 8:15am for announcements & instructions. The entire group will head out shortly afterwards.

Two workout Options:

~30k Long run for Marthoners

Interval/Tempo workout for Sun Run prep.

All are welcome regardless of experience or ability.

There is street parking in the neighbourhood, some 2hr free, some pay (starting at 9am). You’ll be able to leave your gear at Van Run Co. during the workout.
