Warmup commences at 6:15pm with an easy jog. Drills/strides @ 6:30pm and intervals at 6:40pm.
We will be doing a Taper workout to prep for a big weekend of racing!
All are welcome regardless of experience or ability.
Professional coaches and a great bunch of runners will be on hand to help you through the workout.
