**Effective March 1, anyone who would like to attend M2M group workouts is required to be a member of BC Athletics. This membership is required in addition to a drop-in pass and will be good for the remainder of the 2018 Calendar year. To sign up please click HERE.**

Group workout’s cost $7.50 per session, for non-personal coaching clients. You can purchase a 5 or 10 pass HERE.

Workout Wednesday

October 10 @ 18:30 - 20:00

Join us at Point Grey Secondary School track. Now on Wednesday Nights!

Warmup starts at 6:30pm with an easy ~2k jog. Drills/strides @ 6:45pm and intervals at 6:55pm.

We will be doing intervals totaling 5-8k of hard running, with rest in between.


All are welcome regardless of experience or ability. We have runners of all ages and abilities training for races at every distance.

First session free. $7.5 drop-in, thereafter. Buy a drop-in punch card in our online shop.
