**Effective March 1, anyone who would like to attend M2M group workouts is required to be a member of BC Athletics. This membership is required in addition to a drop-in pass and will be good for the remainder of the 2018 Calendar year. To sign up please click HERE.**

Group workout’s cost $7.50 per session, for non-personal coaching clients. You can purchase a 5 or 10 pass HERE.

Tuesday Taper Tempo – Vanier Park

October 2 @ 18:30 - 20:00

Meeting at Maritime Museum Parking Lot @ 6:30pm

Warmup around Kits Beach, returning to Maritime Museum.

Workout will be some tempo intervals around Vanier Park – time to tape for Marathon Weekend!

With warmup, workout, cooldown the total running will be approximately 10-15k, with several ‘bail out’ options during the workout.

There is pay parking at the Maritime Musuem and some free parking in the neighborhood near by. You’ll be able to store gear in a car. There are public washrooms 200m in either direction from our meeting point


All are welcome regardless of experience or ability.

First session free. $7.50 drop-in, thereafter for non-personal coaching clients. Buy a drop-in punch card in our online shop.
