Attendance at M2M group workouts require a BC Athletics for both drop-ins and personal coaching athletes. To sign up please click HERE.

Group workout’s cost $7.50 per session, for non-personal coaching athletes. You can purchase a 5 or 10 pass on our Mindbody site HERE.

Ottawa – Wednesday Workout

We meet at The Movement Company every Wednesday night for a group workout.

6:30pm – Announcements & Workout Instructions

6:35pm warmup starts

7:00pm workout starts

Freezies afterwards for all!

This week: we head over to the Immaculata HS track for some speedy stuff!

These workouts are led by M2m Co-founder and Olympian Dylan Wykes, along with coaches Lauren Prufer and Garrett de Jong. Expect to run at minimum 12km. All ability levels welcome, modifications to the workouts can be made based on where you’re at in your training.


Our Ottawa group operates on a monthly membership basis. Details HERE. If you have not been out before you can try out the group for free for two weeks. If you’re only able to make it out on a very occasional basis, we do have a drop-in 3 pass option.
