8:05am – run starts
This is a supported long run with predetermined route, pace groups, and aid stations along the route.
This week we have options for everything from 20-35km
These workouts are led by M2m Co-founder and Olympian Dylan Wykes, along with coaches Lauren Prufer and Garrett de Jong. All ability levels welcome, modifications to the workouts can be made based on where you’re at in your training.
Our Ottawa group operates on a monthly membership basis. Details HERE. If you have not been out before you can try out the group for free for two weeks. If you’re only able to make it out on a very occasional basis, we do have a drop-in 3 pass option.
