These are interval workouts geared toward increasing your speed endurance in a fun and welcoming environment. The workout will be a total of 8-15k of running with 5-10km of intervals. All are welcome regardless of experience level or ability.
You must check-in for workouts via the Mindbody App.
If you’re new this month or your drop-in pass has expired, it’s your lucky day, the workouts are free. Otherwise $7.50 for those with remaining drop-ins.
