These are interval workouts geared toward increasing your speed endurance in a fun and welcoming environment. The workout will be a total of 8-15k of running with 5-10km of intervals. All are welcome regardless of experience level or ability.
You must check-in for workouts via the Mindbody App.
Your first workout with us is free. Thereafter, $7.50 drop-in, for non-personal coaching clients. Buy a drop-in pass through our mindbody online shop.
