Time to mix things up a little bit with a Fartlek workout at Jericho.

Meet at the first (furthest East) concession of Jericho Beach Park, at the very end of Point Grey Rd.

Warmup at 8:15am. If you want to warmup jog from home the workout will start at ~8:35-40am at the same location.

The Fartlek Workout itself will be 40-45min of running.

All abilities and experience levels welcome. Everyone finds their own ‘fast’!

$5 drop-in for non-personal coaching athletes. You can buy a drop-in pass HERE.
