Our Group Workouts in Vancouver are open to runners of all ages and abilities. The workouts are typically focused towards training for a key event on the Vancouver road racing Calendar.

**Effective March 1, anyone who would like to attend M2M group workouts is required to be a member of BC Athletics. This membership is required in addition to a drop-in pass and will be good for the remainder of the 2018 Calendar year. To sign up please click HERE.**

Last longer workout for everyone before next weekend’s races.

Meet at the first (furthest East) concession of Jericho Beach Park, at the very end of Point Grey Rd.

Warmup at 8:15am. If you want to warmup jog from home the workout will start at ~8:35-40am at the same location.

All abilities and experience levels welcome. Everyone finds their own ‘fast’!

$7.5 drop-in for non-personal coaching athletes. You can buy a drop-in pass HERE.
