Our Group Workouts in Vancouver are open to runners of all ages and abilities. The workouts are typically focused towards training for a key event on the Vancouver road racing Calendar.

**Effective March 1, anyone who would like to attend M2M group workouts is required to be a member of BC Athletics. This membership is required in addition to a drop-in pass and will be good for the remainder of the 2018 Calendar year. To sign up please click HERE.**

Saturday in Stanley Park

Meet at the VANCOUVER AQUATIC CTR*** (please note this is a change from previously planned workout). From there we will jog (~3k) to one of our favourite workout locations in Stanley Park for a tempo style workout. Time to get strong!

All are welcome regardless of experience or ability. We have groups training for everything from a 4:30 marathon to a 2:30 marathon.

There is a pay parking lot as well as pay street parking near the Aquatic Ctr and some free 2hr parking on streets near by. There are washrooms in the aquatic ctr. There are quarter lockers in the foyer. There are also lockers, change rooms, showers in the aquatic cetnre that you can use if you pay admission to the facility.
