**Effective March 1, anyone who would like to attend M2M group workouts is required to be a member of BC Athletics. This membership is required in addition to a drop-in pass and will be good for the remainder of the 2018 Calendar year. To sign up please click HERE.**

Group workout’s cost $7.50 per session, for non-personal coaching clients. You can purchase a 5 or 10 pass HERE.

Saturday @ Stanley Park

Meet at the West End Community Centre. From there we will jog (~2-3k) to one of our favourite workout locations in Stanley Park.

These workouts will be longer than Tuesday nights and focused more on tempo (lactate threshold) effort running. You should expect to run a total of 10-18k.

All are welcome regardless of experience or ability. We have groups for training for everything from a 4:30 marathon to a 2:30 marathon.

There is 2hr street parking near the West End Community Centre and free 2hr parking under the Safeway (buy a chocolate milk for recovery after the workout!). There are washrooms in the community centre. There are also lockers in the community centre that you can use for a fee.

Your first workout with M2M is free. Thereafter it’s a $5 drop-in. Buy a drop-in pass HERE. Or check out our personal coaching plans (workouts are free if you’re on a plan).
