Meet at the West End Community Centre. From there we will jog (~2-3k) to one of our favourite workout locations in Stanley Park.
These workouts will be longer than Tuesday nights and focused more on tempo (lactate threshold) effort running. You should expect to run a total of 10-18k.
All are welcome regardless of experience or ability. We have groups for training for everything from a 4:30 marathon to a 2:30 marathon.
There is 2hr street parking near the West End Community Centre and free 2hr parking under the Safeway (buy a chocolate milk for recovery after the workout!). There are washrooms in the community centre. There are also lockers and change rooms in the community centre that you can use for a fee.
