Our Group Workouts in Vancouver are open to runners of all ages and abilities. The workouts are typically focused towards training for a key event on the Vancouver road racing Calendar.

**Effective March 1, anyone who would like to attend M2M group workouts is required to be a member of BC Athletics. This membership is required in addition to a drop-in pass and will be good for the remainder of the 2018 Calendar year. To sign up please click HERE.**

Saturday @ Stanley Park

Meet at the West End Community Centre. From there we will jog (~2-3k) to one of our favourite workout locations in Stanley Park for a tempo style workout. Time to get strong!

All are welcome regardless of experience or ability. We have groups training for everything from a 4:30 marathon to a 2:30 marathon.

There is 2hr street parking near the West End Community Centre and free 2hr parking under the Safeway (buy a chocolate milk for recovery after the workout!). There are washrooms in the community centre. There are lockers in the hockey arena that you can use for free. There are also lockers and change rooms in the community centre that you can use for a fee.
