Our Group Workouts in Vancouver are open to runners of all ages and abilities. The workouts are typically focused towards training for a key event on the Vancouver road racing Calendar.

**Effective March 1, anyone who would like to attend M2M group workouts is required to be a member of BC Athletics. This membership is required in addition to a drop-in pass and will be good for the remainder of the 2018 Calendar year. To sign up please click HERE.**

Saturday workout for non-marathoners

This workout will be specifically for non-marathoners.

Meet at the Ranger Station Parking lot at Pacific Spirit Park.

8:25AM – Instructions

8:30AM – Run Starts

We will be doing a tempo run workout in ‘lil Australia – a neighborhood near UBC.

All are welcome regardless of experience or ability.

$7.50 drop-in. Buy a drop-in punch card in our online shop.
