**Effective March 1, anyone who would like to attend M2M group workouts is required to be a member of BC Athletics. This membership is required in addition to a drop-in pass and will be good for the remainder of the 2018 Calendar year. To sign up please click HERE.**

Group workout’s cost $7.50 per session, for non-personal coaching clients. You can purchase a 5 or 10 pass HERE.

Gusto’s Queen Elizabeth Park Fartlek

Meet at Hillcrest Centre at 8am SHARP.

For this workout Coach Kate will take you around QE Park on a hilly Kenyan-style fartlek workout, followed by some hill repeats! It’s going to be a goodie.

There is free parking at the community centre. Access to washrooms and lockers in the fitness centre and aquatic centre should be available.

All are welcome regardless of experience or ability.

Your first workout with M2M is free. Thereafter it’s a $7.50 drop-in. Buy a drop-in pass HERE. Or check out our personal coaching plans (workouts are free if you’re on a plan).
