**Effective March 1, anyone who would like to attend M2M group workouts is required to be a member of BC Athletics. This membership is required in addition to a drop-in pass and will be good for the remainder of the 2018 Calendar year. To sign up please click HERE.**

Group workout’s cost $7.50 per session, for non-personal coaching clients. You can purchase a 5 or 10 pass HERE.

Tuesday Eastside 10k – Taper Tempo

September 11 @ 18:30 - 20:00

Leaving from Kits beach Parking Lot @ 6:30pm

Warmup to Jericho Beach Park Concession.

Workout will be some tempo intervals around Jericho.

With warmup, workout, cooldown the total running will be approximately 10-15k, with several ‘bail out’ options during the workout.

There is pay parking at Kits Beach. You’ll be able to store gear in a car. Washrooms at the Kits Beach concession and at Jericho.

If you want to meet us on route we reconvene at the Jericho Beach Concession @ ~6:50pm.


All are welcome regardless of experience or ability.

First session free. $7.50 drop-in, thereafter for non-personal coaching clients. Buy a drop-in punch card in our online shop.
