Attendance at M2M group workouts require a BC Athletics for both drop-ins and personal coaching athletes. To sign up please click HERE.

Group workout’s cost $7.50 per session, for non-personal coaching athletes. You can purchase a 5 or 10 pass on our Mindbody site HERE.

Workout Wednesday – Vancouver – Sunset to Stanley park

August 14 @ 18:30 - 20:00

Leaving from Sunset Beach Parking Lot @ 6:30pm

Warmup to 2nd Beach Concession.

Workout will be tempo run or fartlek or hills on the beautiful Stanley Park trails (Lees, Lovers, Rawlings, etc).

With warmup, workout, cooldown the total running will be approximately 10-15k, with several ‘bail out’ options during the workout. The workout will last between 1-1.5hrs total.

There is pay parking at Sunset Beach. You’ll be able to store gear in a car. Alternatively there are coin lockers at the Vancouver Aquatic Ctr just a few hundred metres away. Washrooms at the Sunset Beach concession or VAC.

If you want to meet us on route we reconvene at the 2nd Beach Concession @ ~6:45-50pm.


All are welcome regardless of experience or ability.
