Week 4 of Toronto workouts is going down. Coach and Olympian Sheila Reid will be kicking off speed sessions this week.
Meet at 6:30pm with your warmup jog already completed.
Coach Sheila will give workout and instructions and lead everyone through a dynamic warmup routine at 6:30pm
