*ALL 20:00 5KM PLUS ATHLETES
6:00 PM – welcome, announcements, explain workout
6:05 PM – group warm up (2km total)
6:15 PM – drills + strides
6:20 PM – let the workout begin!
*ALL 19:59 5KM and UNDER ATHLETES
7:00 PM – welcome, announcements, explain workout
7:05 PM – group warm up (2km total)
7:15 PM – drills + strides

We will be doing intervals totaling 5-8k of hard running, with rest in between.
All are welcome regardless of experience or ability.
