Given the lack of daylight along the 49th parallel this time of year we are going to be doing our evenings workouts on the track for the remainder of the fall season.
Join us at Point Grey Secondary School track.
Warmup commences at 6:15pm with an easy ~2k jog. Drills/strides @ 6:30pm and intervals at 6:40pm.
We will be doing intervals totaling 5-8k of hard running, with rest in between.
All are welcome regardless of experience or ability.
