Our Group Workouts in Vancouver are open to runners of all ages and abilities. The workouts are typically focused towards training for a key event on the Vancouver road racing Calendar.

**Effective March 1, anyone who would like to attend M2M group workouts is required to be a member of BC Athletics. This membership is required in addition to a drop-in pass and will be good for the remainder of the 2018 Calendar year. To sign up please click HERE.**

YVR – Tuesday Track – Long Interval Night

April 10 @ 18:00 - 20:30

Join us at Point Grey Secondary School track.

We will now have 2 start times for the workout:

*ALL 20:00 5KM PLUS ATHLETES

6:00 PM – welcome, announcements, explain workout
6:05 PM – group warm up (2km total)
6:20 PM – drills + strides
6:30 PM – let the workout begin!

*ALL 19:59 5KM and UNDER ATHLETES

6:30 PM – welcome, announcements, explain workout
6:35 PM – group warm up (2km total)
6:50 PM – drills + strides
7:00 PM – let the workout begin!

Any questions on the 2 start times, please let us know.

We will be doing long intervals (1000-2000m) totaling 9-11k of hard running, with rest in between.

All are welcome regardless of experience or ability.

First session free. $7.50 drop-in, thereafter. Buy a drop-in punch card in our online shop.
