Tuesday night workouts are for those new to the sport, just returning to the sport, or unsure of whether they fit in with our Wednesday night group.
These workouts will be no more than one hour in duration and have many opportunities to stop when you feel you’ve done enough.
The focus will be on the fundamentals of proper run training. We will cover everything from the importance of warmup runs, form drills, intervals, proper pacing, and much more.
All are welcome regardless of experience or ability. And we truly mean that!
Your first workout with us is free. Thereafter, $7.50 drop-in, for non-personal coaching clients.
