Meet at the Ranger Station Parking Lot of Pacific Spirit Park. Parking is free. Arrive early!

Run starts at 8:15am.

Workouts available for both marathoners (long run) and non-marathoners (tempo and shorter intervals)


All abilities and experience levels welcome. Everyone finds their own ‘fast’!

$7.5 drop-in for non-personal coaching athletes. You can buy a drop-in pass HERE.
