Vancouver – Long Run & Tempo – Luke’s Place to Seawall

Time for some final prep for fall goal races.

Meet at Luke’s Place (aka Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts, aka Bistro 101). There is underground parking in the lot below 1515 W 2nd Ave. Please park on the 1st underground floor, not in the first row of spots #1-9. Thank you!

Two groups:  #1 Long run group doing up to 35k with ‘pace work’ around the seawall. #2 Speed work – warmup for 5km with the long run group and then do some shorter speed intervals along the seawall.

Stick around afterwards for some yummy baked goods and coffees.


All abilities and experience levels welcome. Everyone finds their own ‘fast’!
