At Mile2Marathon Vancouver our goal is to provide both our personal coaching athletes and the Vancouver run community at large with an opportunity to workout in a fun and welcoming environment. The group workouts are designed with a focus on events in the local road racing scene.
We offer group workouts every Thursday evening, throughout most of the year. Workouts are led by Olympian and Coach, Sheila Reid. Check out our EVENTS page for further details on the times and locations for upcoming workouts.
Your first workout with the group is free. After that you will need a drop-in pass to attend workouts. They can be purchased on our Mindbody Online Shop. All personal coaching athletes attend workouts free of charge.
