Calgary is our newest M2M City and we are excited to contribute to the strong running community that exists here. Our Team Workouts in Calgary are led by Coaches Bridget Pyke and Matthew Travaglini.
We are now offering group workouts, following strict physical distances guidelines and other public health safety precautions.
Whether you have your sights set on a marathon, or shorter distance races, we’re here to help you pursue your running goals.
Details for Calgary Weekly Workouts include:
- Thursday Nights (Starting August 6th): 6:00PM from Glenmore Athletic Park. (Meet at the northwest corner of the parking lot of 19th) – these sessions generally range from 8-15km of running with 5-10km of intervals.
- Monday Nights (Starting in September, TBC): 6:00PM from Glenmore Athletic Park (Meet at the northwest corner of the parking lot of 19th)

Access to M2M Team Workouts:
- Automatic enrolment in the M2M Workout Membership for all M2M coached athletes (under the Custom Training Plan or Personal Coaching Services).

- Travelling to another city where we have a presence? Join the workout! Your membership gives you access to group workouts in any M2M city.
