Calgary is our newest M2M City and we are excited to contribute to the strong running community that exists here. Our Team Workouts in Calgary are led by Coaches Bridget Pyke and Matthew Travaglini.
We are now offering group workouts, following strict physical distances guidelines and other public health safety precautions.
Whether you have your sights set on a marathon, or shorter distance races, we’re here to help you pursue your running goals.
Details for Calgary Weekly Workouts include:
- Thursday Nights: 6:00PM from Glenmore Athletic Park. (Meet at the northwest corner of the parking lot of 19th) – these sessions generally range from 8-15km of running with 5-10km of intervals.
- Monday Nights: 6:00PM from Complete Chiropractic and Sports Therapy (Free Parking on 1 Ave NW or 26 Street)

How to Join the M2M Workouts in Calgary:
- To attend Team Workouts you should have an M2M Workout Membership or a Custom Training Plan or Personal Coaching subscription. Check out Full details on all our services on our Coaching Page
- M2M Workout Membership is $50/month and includes the twice weekly group workouts, weekly group training email, discounts with local partners, and of course post workout freezies.
- We are still new to Calgary, so if you’re new to the group you can come run with us for two weeks before needing to commit to anything.
- Travelling to another city where we have a presence? Join the workout! Your membership gives you access to group workouts in any M2M city.
