M2M Team Workouts are Back!
We are now transitioning back to in-person workouts in Ottawa, Burnaby and Vancouver. We’re excited to get back at it. However, things will look a little different in our group settings for some time. For full details on what we are doing to try to provide a safe environment for group workouts please check HERE.
Sign-up for group workouts is now required as part of our return to sport guidelines. Please visit our Return to Workouts post for full details on how the workout sign-up process works. If you’re confident you know your pace group, click on the events in the calendar below to sign-up.
If you’re interested in joining our group workouts at this time, you must be a member with either a virtual workout, personal coaching or custom training plan subscriptions. Please check out our Coaching Services Page for further details on everything with offer.
