M2M Team Workouts

Group Workouts are currently paused in Vancouver and Burnaby in light of the Provincial Health Order in effect through January 8th, 2021. Please stay tuned for further updates as we receive them from the Provincial Health Authority and the governing body for our sport, BC Athletics.

Group Workouts continue in Ottawa and Calgary at this time.

However, due to COVID-19, things will look a little different in our group settings for some time. For full details on what we are doing to try to provide a safe environment for group workouts please check HERE.

Sign-up for team workouts is now required as part of our return to sport guidelines. Please visit our Return to Workouts post for full details on how the workout sign-up process works.

If you’re interested in joining our team workouts but aren’t on a personal coaching or custom training plan, you can signup for our monthly Workout Membership.
