M2M Team Workouts

Group Workouts are paused until further notice in Vancouver and Burnaby due to Public Health restrictions.

Group Workouts continue in Calgary and Ottawa at this time.

However, due to COVID-19, things will look a little different in our group settings for some time. For full details on what we are doing to try to provide a safe environment for group workouts please check HERE.

Sign-up for team workouts is now required as part of our return to sport guidelines. Please visit our Return to Workouts post for full details on how the workout sign-up process works.

If you’re interested in joining our team workouts but aren’t on a personal coaching or custom training plan, you can signup for our monthly Workout Membership.
