Burnaby Wednesday Workout

We will meet at the Miracle Mile Statue at Empire Stadium.

Free parking is located at 3440 Bridgeway parking lot on the north side of the track.

Announcements and Instructions @ 6:30pm at the Miracle Mile Statue

Warmup jog @ 6:40pm

Workout starts @ ~7:00pm

These are interval workouts geared toward increasing your speed endurance in a fun and welcoming environment. The workout will be a total of 5-8k of running with 3-5km of intervals. All are welcome regardless of experience level or ability. Coach Justin will be more than happy to modify the workout to fit your needs.
