Whether you’re targeting a fall road race, looking for a group to roll with, or just starting out — ALL athletes are welcome and it’s always better together.
- Where: Empire Field| Miracle Mile Statue (North side of the track)
- When: 6:30PM
- Warmup: 3km easy followed by drills and strides
- Workout: Tempo & Hills
- Cooldown: 2-3km easy
